Those who are comfortable in the water and in good health may participate in this comprehensive and enjoyable training program. As this is a performance-based activity, it usually takes less than five (5) full days to complete. Participants undergo a series of lectures and shallow water exercises before they are given the chance to practice and apply what they've learned in natural marine environment for their final exercises and underwater tours.

This 3-4 hour activity offers you the opportunity to learn the proper, safe and enjoyable use of diving equipment so that once you know the basics and become comfortable, you may experience the thrill and excitement of being able to breathe underwater while watching its beautiful and unique marine life. Participants will undergo a training session in the pool after a brief lecture on diving physics and physiology before going on an underwater tour to maximum depth of ten (10) meters for at least 30 minutes.
