| 1. | Can I access the ATM machines / Cash Points nearby? Manila and Cebu host several international banks such as HSBC, Maybank, Citibank. Both Cities have atms throughout. Dumaguete, the city you will be landing in has local banks with atms.

| 2. | Can I be contacted at the resort? Yes. Additionally there is cell site coverage at the resort.

| 3. | Can I dive with NITROX? Yes you can.

| 4. | Can I pay by credit card? For your initial booking and reservation, we accept credit card payments through the internet. Other payment options through bank to bank transfers. Once you are at the resort however , YES we do accept credit card payments for activities and other charges that you may incur during your visit. |
| 5. | Can I rent any diving equipment? YES, we have a fully equipped dive center where you can rent equipment. Because we are the Philippines BIGGEST Dive Shop and operator, we also sell equipment at our dive centers.

| 6. | Can you arrange to pick me up from the airport? Yes we can.

| 7. | Do I get a dive guide? All of our boat dives are led by a certified divemaster. We do not use uncertified “dive guides” on our safari tours. Beach dives can be done on your own but with a dive buddy. Please file your dive plan with our staff at the dive center. You can request for a dive master to accompany you on your beach dives if you so choose but this will entail an additional cost.

| 8. | Do I need to wear a wetsuit? Yes we prefer you wear one. 3mm or thinner is more than adequate. Although the water temperature can be considered “warm”, doing 2 or more dives a day can sap your body heat . It’s also nice not to have to worry about stings and other “itchies”

| 9. | Do I really need dive/ travel insurance? We strongly recommend it as airlifts and chamber time can run in the thousands of dollars.

| 10. | Do you recommend that I use a Dive Computer? Yes we do. We have units for rent at our dive center.
|
| 11. | I can't find my certification card can I still dive? If you are a PADI member we can look up your number on the internet. Please bring your logbook. Our staff instructor will do a check out dive with you and will have the final decision on whether you will be allowed to dive or not. You can, of course, take a refresher course with us.

| 12. | I haven't dived for a while can I do a dive before I go on the boat safari? Absolutely. You can refresh your skills by doing a beach dive under one of dive masters.

| 13. | If I forget anything does the Philippines have sufficient shops? Manila or Cebu, which are your probable entry points, have world class malls that contain a myriad of shops. The biggest department stores are the SM Malls, Robinsons, Shangrila, Glorietta Malls, Green Belt Malls. These are all within half an hour from Makati. In Cebu, you have the Robinsons and Ayala Center Malls. Boutiques in each store represent well known Philippine as well as international brands such as Guess, Giordano, Marks and Spencers, etc. Dumaguete also has stores but the variety is not as extensive as the ones in manila and Cebu.

| 14. | If I need any accommodation prior to arriving at the resort, can you help me? Yes, we have a list of accredited hotels in Manila or Cebu . Just email us your budget and we will be happy to book a room and transfers for you.

| 15. | What about the food, do you cater for special diets? Yes, just let us know in advance your dietary requirements.

| 16. | What about the health system in the Philippines? There are hospitals in Dumaguete, Cebu and Manila.

| 17. | What can I do with my excess baggage? We can stow it for you at our Makati Office if you are flying in and out through the NAIA Airport in Manila.

| 18. | What happens if I have an accident during my vacation? We will assist in transporting you to the nearest medical facility. However costs related to your transfer and treatment is for your account. That is why we urge you to have Travel/dive accident insurance and a credit card .

| 19. | What is the tipping policy? This is entirely up to you. We have a tip box at our reception counter should you feel that you have been well served by our staff. Please take the time to fill out our customer comments sheet , we would deeply appreciate it.

| 20. | What is the voltage and electrical outlets at the resort? Resort is equipped with 220V with outlets for 2 (twin) FLAT PRONGED plugs. We have universal adaptors at the front desk. Please advise us in advance to reserve one for you.

| 21. | What kind of tanks do you have at the resort? Our tanks aluminum 80’s with K valves. We have adaptors for regulators that are designed for DIN Valves. Please e mail us in advance especially if you are with a group so we can reserve one for you.

| 22. | What shall I NOT bring with me? Heavy Clothes, Drysuit & towels. * Please do not bring illegal drugs with you. Philippine laws are very strict. Capital punishment or long prison terms are levied against offenders who bring in narcotics, marijuana and other illegal substances.

| 23. | What should I bring with me? Shorts, light clothes, a windbreaker in case you are planning to do boat rides. Reading material. A rain jacket during July and August for those who like to hike. ALL personal medication. Nearest drugstore is half an hour away.
